Mazdaspeed 3 Vs. 5th gen Nissan Maxima - Hot Pursuit
I saw what appeared to be a 5th gen Nissan Maxima up ahead. I cut in front of him. He got pissed and stepped on the gas and started tail me. We sped up to about 75~ 80 mph down the road and were on our way to make a right turn at the intersection. Most cars travel at around 15 mph at that turn as it’s pretty tight. I maintained my 75 mph speed and moved over to the left lane (he did the same ) and I made a wide turn at 45 mph at 3rd gear using the proper apex in the corner. My turbo kicked in at 3k rpm as I make the turn. I accelerated out of the corner and instantly got to 80 mph. I looked in my rear view mirror and he was about half block away. He thought he could follow me at the same speed in the turn but nope, he had to slow down. It was still too fast for the car to handle and he almost slammed into a curb!
Mazdaspeed 3 and I have earned a great victory today in the cornering. I was driving like Michael Schumacher. This car drives like it’s on rails. 72.4 mph slalom speed and .90g skid pad does some wonders. Good stuff.

My car generates enough downforce that it drive upside down on a ceiling.
I love stories of where people claim to take turns at 3+ times the recommended speed. Apparently the laws of physics don't apply to their cars.
