Hey everyone!

I am from Montreal and I am looking for buy a 07-08 TL-S. I tried to search in Problems/Fixes forums to answer my questions but it didnt help me much.

I am wondering what is the common issues on those models I should look before buying one? There is a Honda dealer selling one 2008 for 19,989$CAN ( Warranty end next month ) with 93,000 kilometers or 22,989$ with a 8 years warranty or 200,000 kilometers. The thing is, the previous owner didnt do the maintenance at Acura or Honda, or a only a few, dealer reports ''Maintenance'' at 66,300 km and 89,000km. I got his phone number, I guess I could call him. Honda did an inspection, cylinder compression and everythings looks fine.

Is there anything specials about thoses cars to look ?

Oh and the one I linked doesnt come with TL-S wheels... They sold it with a Civic and now it has those ugly black wheels..

 

Hey man welcome, must say you at least tried to chase down common problems before buying. I'll just say I got lucky ......knock on wood.

 

Welcome Beat-be sure to join our Type S Social Group from my signature below if and when you get the car. These cars are pretty much bullet proof. They are Hondas, and will run and run and run. Just have it checked out by someone before you purchase it.
