I have an 05 TL without nav. I bought the factory nav used from an 06. If I have the TPMS installed on my wheels will the nav be able to pick it up?

Nope, you need a receiver, transmitters, and I believe BCM has to be different, and a host of other things. If you want TPMS, best to get an add-on set thats available through tirerack.com just to name one location.
