Incipient heat shield problem, maybe??
If so, the dealer can easily remedy problem (shifting and rattling from heat shield) since there is a Technical Service Bulletin for tightening the heat shield.

Which heat shield is this? Is it accesible from the bottom of the car or just from the hood?

I had the same problem with my car. It sounds like a metal rattling noise coming from underneath the car. I took it to the dealership, and told them it might be the heat shield problem, but they insisted it wasn't. However, the SA said that the mechanic cleaned and reinstalled something in the engine bay, which fixed the problem...

I have no idea what they really did, but it got rid of the noise. You should go back to the dealership, and have them take it around the block with you in the car. Mine was fixed for free under warranty.

I thought OP's noise might have orginated from the exhaust heat shield beneath the car, which was the subject of a TSB.
AcuraTL06 is right- bring it do the dealer, and take tech for a ride.
