Engrish?

Anyways, timing belt or water pump will not need to be changed until 105k miles (recommended). Tune-Up which replacement of spark plugs, air filter, oil change, tire rotation, etc... is scheduled for at 100k. All you may need to do is do the occasional such as oil change, tire rotation every 10,000 miles (or whatever it is), check fluids, brake flush every year, transmission flush once than again 2500 miles after, than repeat after 15-20k miles (or the 4x4 flush which I think is pointless), coolant flush a year, cabin air filter every 30k miles, and the alignment when needed. They're are some more, but very minor. Kiss your car in the morning and at night. And make sure you clean your car!

If the vehicle is regularly driven in very low temps under -20F or -29C, replace every 60,000 miles, or 100000km. This is the same schedule for high temps over 110F or 43C.

Yeah, if it is super cold where you live, I would follow the severe maintenance schedule. Timing belt changes every 100,000km (63,000 miles) could get expensive quick.

Damn didn't know we had members outside the US besides Canada! But yeah you could use a timing belt and water pump change soon. I wouldn't worry so much about it until it hits 70-75k miles though.
