I've encountered some good races recently, except tonight driving home from work on the way to an appointment (I work in the Financial Services industry with long term financial planning). I see this black Evo with exhaust doing about 70 in a 40, and we actually get lined up at a light. Me in the R lane, him and the L and a van in the middle. I heard him rev so I rev'ed back and thought it was on. At the light I launched and saw he didn't, so got off it. I hear him punch it (he was a car or so back) so I punched it. By the time I hit 2nd he was even with me and by the time the top of 2nd came around and I hit 3rd, he was about 2 cars ahead of me, pulling. That thing was a beast lol. The spool on that thing was SO loud, I'm assuming he had an upgraded turbo. I was LOL'ing to myself in the car when I slowed down, he straight laced me. He slowed down more and I gave him a thumbs up. I figured he'd expect me to just blow past with my head down, but if I lose I wanna see what mods or whatnot the other car has I could care less if I lose. I couldn't be late to my appt so I couldn't ask but that thing was fast, put it that way

 

Even more of an advantage from a dig lol.

 

Even they are 4WD they're not only have advantage from the dig, but those things will be easily raping you from a roll also with just some basic mods.

 

Hah, I hear ya man. I remember when I raced an evo like 3 months ago that thing destroyed me. I saw him at a stop light and ended up talking for a bit and heading to the highway for a run on the highway - on my best run I was in second gear going around 45-50 and he actually let me get the jump and waited a second before flooring it.. I just remember hearing this guys BOV and then him flying by me. Hah, all in good fun though.
