hey guys im just wondering if anyone has gotten there cars tinted and Lorenzo's in the Bronx. Everyone ive spoken to speaks very highly of them and say its well worth the money even though it is a little pricey. If you have gotten your tints done here can you please post a pic of you car with the tints and let me know how much you paid. thanks and if anyone else has any other tint shop i can go to around Westchester area please let me know

I had my 06 TL tinted there and he did a great job.
I definately recommend it.
I dont have any pics right now of my 06 with Tints but i'll check later.
If you decide to go with anyone else besides lorenzo, please let them know you need Moleskin installed to make sure the tints do not get scratched. Lorenzo is a bit expensive but well worth it as he knows exactly what needs to be done with our cars.

They Are The Best In The Area. They Put Moleskins On, And Get The Bubles Out Around The Edge Of The Back Window ( Look At The Black Edge And Bubles That Comes From The Factory ) True They Are Pricy, But With That Price They Back Thier Work Up, Have Any Trouble With The Tint And They Will Fix It. Wife Gets Mad And Scraches It Up With Keys, Lorenzo Understands And Puts A Rush On It At Almost No Cost ( Paid For A Detail And He Fixed It Free ) Plus He Has Many Tint Options... I Put A Uv Tint On The Front Windshield ...... Adds A Little More Sheen Looking In The Front ..good For Slipping On The Seatbelt Quickly.

They Also Do That Invisable Bra Coating

 

I also got my tints done there... highly recommended... you can PM Kevin aka K-Shawn on the forum... he's one of Lorenzo's reps... he can probably get you a good deal on your tints...

he took your quarter windows OUT to tint them...thats a first ive seen/heard of

Well, It wasn't the first time... he does that to almost all the cars that come to his shop... he doesn't like any area of the glass not tinted... seen or not seen...

 

My only concern would be if something didn't fit in 100% correctly as they do from the factory and more problems result due to the taking out of the windows and body panels etc

I had my car done at Lorenzo's. Good guy and does a good job. He does remove all the windows, except the rear. Everything is right up to the edge. However, he takes a LONG time to do the job. Like drop off early morning and pick up at 4 pm or so...

He's worth it though. No problems yet. If you want to see pics and how much i paid, PM me.

Lorenzo's is no joke. They do top quality work but make sure you bring lots of money bc it will cost you. You do get what you pay for there.

 

nice yea it looks like im gonna end up going there how much did you guys pay for it to be done im expecting it to be like $300-$350 and they have a lifetime warranty right ? what % did u guys get and what should i get for a NBP

 

i wish i would have gone there. it was too far for me. i actually love my tint job but i see the difference in the work. lorenzo looks like a high quality company.

 

I paid around $300, got 20% all around minus the windshield and he does give a lifetime warranty. If you see anything you dislike, just bring it back and he'll fix it until your satisfied.
