Silver 07 TL-S here. I'm considering smoking my tail lights, side markers & maybe even headlights if its not too ricey wannabe. I'm searching specifically for some pics of a silver 3rd gen that's had the tints done before I pull the trigger. Just tried surfing the pics forum and its bloody tough to track down exactly what I'm looking for. Anyone have a silver 3rd gen, done this and have pics? thx

 

that's cuz smoking or tinting ANY kind of light is RICER!!!!!!!!!!!!
and arent your side markers ALREADY a grey color, as in type-s is already "smoked"??
your head lights would LOOK WHACK! if you tinted it...plus, LESS light output. same goes with the tails....
LESS light output! I wouldnt want any one to accidentally NOT see me and hit me.

yeah no wonder why only teens do it.


Modding takes patience and a little bit of skill.
Dont just throw mods on for the sake of it....
this aint 1999 and you dont have a torn up civic

 

Now that these cars have dropped in price. its only a matter of time before they end up being riced out like a civic.

 

plus, the 04-06 tail lights modded to the super reds are FAR more sexier than blackouts

Y'all talked me out of it. Well, actually I was never in to it. I'd just had a friend send pic of a pewter gray (sorry, don't know actual color name) TL that had lights tinted and I thought "Wow, that's kind of a neat look. Wonder what it would look like on my color?" & posted the query wondering about pics. "Super reds"...?...hmmm....now THERE'S a really great look. May have to investigate this further.
