Looking to buy a 2006 Acura TL
I found a used 2006 Acura TL NBP for sale in my area. The car has 95k on it. It has the navigation and all the features on it from as far as I can tell.
The car looks clean, engine plastics are all still in place and doesn't look like it was modded at all. I test drove it and didn't notice anything strange on it. Didn't hear any odd noises or sounds. Transmission seemed smooth.
The carfax shoes a clean car history and also states that its a 1-owner vehicle.
The dealer has it listed for $15,995. Is that a good price/deal?
Anything I should look out for? Any recommendations you can make?

I'd say that's just a little high for a car pushing 100K miles. Not terribly high, but certainly high book I'd think.
Be prepared for a timing belt change very soon at a cost of nearly $1K. Check all the fluids, especially ATF. I took mine to an independent shop to have them check it out. Cost me $120 but I think it's worth it at your mileage.
Other than that, it's really a matter of personal choice. I'm guessing you've looked at a few? If this is the first, look around a bit before you pull the trigger.

I bought my 06 A/T w/ Navi for $15,100 at 88k miles. (Not including the finance charge and such)
If it has A-Spec that's a good start, that alone is like close to $750. I'd ask about getting it lower though. Ask them if the 105k mile service has been done. That's almost around $1k if not more.
If the 105k service has been done I'd say it's a good deal, especially with the A-Spec.
Here's a thread for reference if it has the A-Spec or not.

I hope you have the kind of luck I had with my search. I found a white 06 TL with only 12,500 miles. This car is fantastic and looks brand new all around. I couldn't believe it so I got a carfax. Clean. The best part was I got it for 16,500. I really feel like I won the lottery here.

Also I double checked today, it is the A-Spec kit on it
