location of horns

Hello all looking for some help with the exact location of the low and high tone horns. I have an 05 TL that was built 10/04. I purchased both of the OEM Bosch horns. Pictures would be preferable but detailed info would be much appreciated before i tackle this job as i believe the low tone horn is out. Thank you in advance community.

passenger side in front of the windshield washer reservoir. You will need to remove the bumper.

Thanks for all the replies. I removed the driver side wheel and fender lining and didn't see anything. I mistakenly removed the siren for the factory alarm which is bolted to a bracket on the frame. Will check the passenger side this week. Weird cause the factory shop manual says they are separate. One in each fender well. I will report back with my findings.

You will not be able to reach the horns through the fender liner, you HAVE to remove the bumper.

We have a siren? Pretty sure mine just honks the horn when the alarm goes off.

I believe you meant the factory alarm confirmation module. Like the others have stated, the horns are located by the windshield washer reservoir tank. You will have to remove the front bumper to access them. I believe you have to unbolt the tank in order to access one the bolts to the horn. I replace mine a long time ago and going by memory. Correct me if I am wrong, but I recall the 2004 TLs having the horns separated (one by each fender well)?

Horns are easily seen in this pic.

I changed my low horn module without removing the bumper. It was awkward but I just went in from below. Not a big deal.
