I am in the process of negotiating with a dealer on an 06 TL. In addition to negotiating the price I was looking at asking for a few modifications. I want a lip spoiler and window tinting.

How much am I looking at if I was to do this after I purchase it?

Say, "I'll buy it if you throw in X and Y."

If they don't, then just buy it. Aftermarket tint is around $250 give or take.
