Lip Question

Hey guys i'm in the market for a TL-S and came accross this one. i'm just wondering what kind of lip is on it? is it stock?

That's the factory Aspec kit.

Nope thats the A-Spec Kit... I Kinda know what ur talking about. The area were the fog lights are on the kit look a little different there but thats the aspec kit.
