I ordered 4 921 blue LED's a couple of months ago... they arrived 2 weeks ago.
I got 2 blue LED's and 2 Aqua LED's, and when I emailed them to report a mistake, they just ignored me.

It's been two weeks, and I have not had an answer or reponse.

Has anyone else had problems with Tec-Toyz?

I was really hoping for the right bulbs seeing how I paid 5.99/bulb + shipping.

Just a little heads up incase you want to buy from Tec-Toyz. I'll keep this updated incase they email me or fix this problem.

 

there have been others with the same problem as you...if you do a search you can probably find an older thread.

 

tec-toyz has been notoriously unreliable in the past.....

Anyone heard from Brian AKA Tec-Toyz ?

i would recommend superbrightleds.com...i ordered from them and got my led bulbs the very next day!

 

after such good feedback from acurazine, i ordered the whole package from brian and the service was great.
i recently recomended him to a friend who wanted my LEDs.
my friend ordered, payed and never received his bulbs or even a response from brian.
very bad

 

He used to be good. Now he sucks.

 

I heard the recent negative reviews for tectoyz, so I orderd from Superbrightleds.com everything was perfect.

 

I ordered LED's from Tec Toys 2 months ago and filed a complaint through Pay Pal and they are in the process of refunding my money.

 

btw can someone tell me the exact bulbs to order from superbrightleds.com? Ive read several posts and dunno an exact size, maybe i missed it. Thanks

Stay away from Brian @ Tec-Toyz. I've had to return my LEDs multiple times for exchanges. At first he exchanged without a problem. However, the last time I sent him 2 While 9-LEDS (license plate), he sent me back 1-LEDS.

This was a while ago & I've given up hope of getting an exchange. I'm about to place an order with superbrightleds right now.

Anyone know if the lights under the visors can be replaced easily?
