Leather peeling off (picture)
#41
Well to update I was in the area of my dealer and had to pick up my plates so while there I asked about the leather. They told me that bubbling was normal and that Acura recommends using Lexol Conditioner. You know I was considering complaining about the wrinkles and the bubbling but I remembered my conclusion about the rattles. Who cares. I mean unless it gets bad like yours and starts to peel, I'm not gonna worry too much. I mean as long as my butt feels comfortable I have no problems. Not like my passengers have X-ray visions and can see the wrinkles on the seat below my ass.

I've been lurking here as I muddle over the TL vs 330i vs 9-3SS Aero and in my current car, a 2001 Viggen with 44K miles on the clock, I have nothing like this. Rattles and poor leather. Not good. The seats in the TL seem great but durability for a daily driver is an important factor that seems to be missing here. Too many complaints about a part of the car that should be easy to get right.
