Leather Dye?

Does anyone have experience with a good leather dye? I have quartz interior with wear marks on the driver's seat.

Looks like dirt to me. Agitate with a brush and a cleaner.

No dirt...the seats have been cleaned very thoroughly to reveal this spot where the top part of the leather has worn off. At this point, any more cleaning will just make it worse.

Interesting. What did you use to clean? My black leather gets hazy white glossy finish when oils accumulate on it. I trust your situation is different though.

contact a local re-upholstery shop. i'm sure they would be best suited to provide guidance as well as a quote to fix.

only one person has done this on their TL as far as I remember. Dyed his leather red in a black type S. I thought it looked fine but I am not sure how it's holding up. Try google, there is quiet a bit of threads popping up about this. Most informative one I think is from bimmerforums and the guy redoing his whole interior on e46 M3, seats, all the plastic, EVERYTHING.
