Leather Back Seats

I have a very bad tear in my back leather seat. What are some of my options? I did check out the prices from dealer and do not want to go that direction due to cost. I cannot have it patch the hole is too big. I just need the seats replaced? Thoughts ? Suggestions?

1) Junkyard/salvage yard replacement for the back seat cushion (assuming the hole is not in a seat back.), or

2) Auto upholstery shop-- it'll be able to get the OEM leather material, or something like it for less. Most dealers would sublet out the work to an auto upholstery shop anyway.
