Laundry list of questions
start I’m curious as to what sounds like a throw out bearing (automatic) or marbles rolling around when car is in park and then quiet once in gear (drive) under shifter.
Another. Is it normal to have pressure build up in oil cap and dipstick when cars running.
What body parts are innerchangeable on the TSX?
Finally
I Saw one those USA spec deals on Craigslist locally and I know it’s an older model with old iPod connector. It states it will work with a 04-08 tsx and wondering if it will still work with my vehicle (04 non nav)

Couldn't say on the throw out bearing issue.
If you have air coming from your oil cap or dipstick it indicates that you have either excessive blowby due to worn piston ring and/or that your PCV valve is not functioning correctly. I'd start by replacing the PCV valve. It's on the right hand side of the front valve cover toward the bottom. Most auto parts stores carry new ones.
I don't believe there are going to be too many body parts interchangeable with the TSX. The two are completely different vehicles.
No idea on the USA spec either.

I believe the HON3 is the one that works with the TL . You can always just guinea pig and return it if it doesn't work
