Smile Just a question...

Im new to this website... I've been researching about 2004-2006 acura TL's and I'd always wind up finding good info on this website.

I'm buying my first car soon and I decided I'm going to get an Acura TL. I was really looking into 2006 but I wanna save a bit of my money so now im starting to look into the 2004. My question is, what's the maximum mileage I should go for? I've read these cars last almost till 300k but I want my car to last me more than a year without constant problems. Just looking for some advice on looking for a used acura TL. Thank you

Mileage is somewhat irrelevant, if it has been taken care of from a maintenance perspective. Find the lowest mileage, best service record history car you can find.

what's your budget? do not even bother if you only want to spend 5k and expect it to be flawless.

mileage isn't a big deal if well maintained.

Excellent point! I always forget about that as I have only had manual transmissions.

Are you looking for manual or auto? The 04's had some problems with the transmission. Really any 04-06 has had some problems with the trans.

Also, make sure that it has a good service history.

Get a manual unless you want to deal with a tranny overhaul.
