Just ordered my Acura TL tonight.

Got back from the dealership a few hours ago. Went with;

Silver/Ebony/NAV/AT and for exterior options I got the body side molding (the molding that goes on the doors, not under) and the rear wing spoiler. Was gonig to get the body kit but decided I didn't want to chance ripping it off with all the insanely high speed bumps and cement parking blocks.

It comes May 6th and I am very excited

I own the exact same TL (since March 22, 2004) and you're going to Love it! It is as beautiful as it is sporty as it is technologically elite.

It was about 38k with tax and everything, that tax is brutal (8.75 here). It was less than 35, or just about 35, before the tax, tire, and other NYS fees. My dealer was Rallye Acura in Roslyn (Long Island).

I got my TL from them last month. I haven't used their service dept. yet, but my salesperson, Rose, was nice to deal with.

Actually I got the body side molding because I liked the accent it added to the car :p

Ah, cool. I got mine from Bert. Rallye is a dealership that people have mixed feelings about. My family has shopped at all their dealerships for over 10 years, we've never had a problem, ever. On the other hand, my friend's father just got a Lexus from their dealership and was lied to and treated like shit. Doesn't mean I am not going to shop there anymore, good dealerships are hard to come by, and we've never had a problem.

Overall it was a very good experience. The next day we came back he had a printout with all the cars in the area and being shipped to the tristate area with the matching ones highlighted. He also had a book of their shipping records ready for me when I got there with what was coming in. I originally was going with 6MT but after feeling how smooth the 5AT was I went with that, and it took him no time to get the information we needed. He even had a 6MT and 5AT ready to go in the parking lot for when we got there

Great color choice! I just picked up the same combo of SSM / Ebony. I know a lot of people push the black but IMO the SSM accentuates the body lines much better. Others must agree as it attracts a LOT of attention.

I was originally going to go with black, back when I was looking into the Infiniti G35. I saw this car in silver and black and silver just looked a hell of a lot more sportier and young than the black did, and a plus was that it stayed clean. So, my decision was made
