I just had the driver's side mirror replaced (some bastard clipped it), the adjustment switch was left on the 'L' and when i placed the car in reverse, hey - the mirror automatically adjusts itself down to give a better view of what's behind you and adjusts itself back when put in drive. cool!

 

If you move the switch to the right, the right side view mirror tilts down.

 

and if you leave it in center, then nothing happens.... :smokin:
