They are advertising 29900 for non nav, 31900 for nav and 35k for Type S in North Carolina. I can not remember if it was Leith Acura in Raleigh or Performance Acura in Chapel Hill

What is the price for just the car? OTD means nothing to most of us on here unless we live where you live and are buying from the same dealership.

Go Type S. If you don't, you'll kick yourself for the rest of your car's life. You'll be modding your Base TL with Type S equipment.

wont really be modding the car at all, just need a car to get me from piont a to b with some class and power.

if I wanted a fast car I would pay a little more for a IS350 and run 13's with no sweat

Back in April I bought my 08 WDP TL-S for $32,328.00 before TTT....... I would think they would even be dealing more as they get closer to the 09's coming out. Also, you want to deal at the end of the month. Sales reps are trying to meet their quotas for the month.

I got mine from Acura of OP.....on Blanding. Talk to Gray.....he's one of the online reps. Young guy, probably in his mid 20's. Several other members have bought from them.....one got his WDP TL-S for about 34K....another got his KBP for 32.9K the same night I got mine. I'd be lookin quick.....not many Type S's left. Oh BTW.......Welcome to AZ!!

Out the Door price means nothing unless you compare tax rates and documentation fees.

Better to compare "selling" price before tax and documentation.

Why? Because my car at, say, $33,000 will be ~$34,000 with a 3% Tax.

Your car at, say, $33,000 will be ~$35,300 with a 7% tax.

Who got a better deal. Since my OOD price is better, had to be me right?

BTW - the diff between base adn TL-S *should* be ~$2,000, IMHO.

I picked up my '08 non-navi for 30k drive out. It was a dealer demo with 7K miles on it. After looking at the prices of older used TLs, this was a pretty good deal to me. Let someone else take the initial hit on the drive-out loss, IMO.

The first of July I leased a 2008 WDP TL with Nav with an adjusted capitalization cost of $30,282.

This is so true! I bought my base TL back in Febuary and kicked myself everytime a type s drove by!!!! Not to mention seeing them here on Azine. But, I had a bad wreck about a week and a half ago, I think its totalled but the body shop is taking forever on the freakin estimate....they want to fix it with it being a 2008 and all but if its totaled....Type S here I come!!!!!!

several threads on this already but i'll throw my experience out there again. I went to a dealer here in Houston, I got an 08 TL w/ Navi and my quote was $29,700, dealer also gave me lifetime oil changes, lifetime car washes and lifetime Nitrogen fill ups for the tires. My drive out was like $33k or so.

Talking

Got mine for 35k with tax and doc fees with 0.9 financing for 48 months. If I didn't get the low finance rate, it will be 32832. And it is true that there are not many to choose from. I was lucky to get a KBP.

Nope, btw, typically if you use the "Internet" contact form for a dealership, they will usually give you the best "No Haggle" price the dealer can possibly give.

One thing you should understand is that OTD comparisons aren't worth CRAP. EVery state has different taxes. Some don't even have ANY taxes so OTD can vary from state to state so why don't you just state the ACTUAL SELLING price rather than the OTD crap?
