I just turned 16 and my parents bought me a 5AT White TL w/Navi w/o A-Spec. My dad gave me the option of putting A-Spec on the car, is it worth the $5k?

Hello, welcome to the forum, and congratulations on getting such a great car for your first ride.

While the A-Spec is good looking, I personally don't think it is worth the extra 5k. Just because Dad is springing for it, doesn't mean you want to take him to the cleaners. My suggestion is to thank him for the car, let him know that while the A-Spec is cool, you would rather have him save the money and get something nice for himself with the money. Doing that will floor him, and make him realize what a great son he has.
