I don't think the at was ever changed. i want to do the 3x3 with Amsoil and change the 3rd and 4th solenoids and at filter. is this a good idea to change the fluid with this many miles if never changed before? Any other recomendations to do besides water pump and timing belt? I already did plugs.

Welcome to the wonderful world of the TL.
3x3 flush - yes do it immediately. Do not hesitate. You may want to consider using Redline D4 instead of the standard Honda Z1 atf. That's the first thing I would do if the fluid has never been changed.
at filter - you can do it but not necessary. Be aware you will need to order it online most likely - my dealership argued with me telling me that it doesn't exist and did it condescendingly at that - when I printed out a diagram with a part # they said they can't get it anyway - would need an entire new assembly.
3rd/4th gear oil pressure switches are good preventive maintenance but will cost you about 140-175 for both depending on where you get them. There's a good DIY on this in the 3rd gen garage.
You do not need to do water pump/timing belt at 90k. No reason to spend the money right this instant when they won't fail for a while. Just follow the standard 105k maintenance plan for that.
Personally I'm waiting for 100k for all that - I also plan to replace the radiator hoses when I do the coolant drain/refill, and don't forget the recommended 105k valve adjustment.
Regardless of whether you want to get the water pump/timing belt replaced right now or later, be sure you have them replace the timing belt tensioner and idler pullies while they are in there.
