I took delivery of my new Black/Camel TL w/Navi this afternoon. Just spent no more than an hour at the dealership with half of that time the saleslady going over the features of the car with me. Sweet car, but its going to take me a little while to figure everything out, but thanks to Acurazine, I'm sure I'll have no problems.
The only things I noticed were a small tear in the leather of the emergency brakes. I pointed it out to the salesperson and they said they will have a leather-man take care of it the first time I bring it in for service. I wish they cleaned it up a little better though as I also noticed some black smudge marks on the rear center arm rest when I got home. Also, there were some water marks on the back trunk area and remnants of a towel they must have used to wipe down the windows, stuck in the driver side's window. I think I'll have to pick it out using a tweezer but other than that, I think I'm pretty happy about the car.
One thing I noticed when I pulled away from my driveway was a wet spot on the driveway and some drip marks on the ground. I had the A/C running, so I a wondering if it was condensation from the A/C. The A/C on my previous car hasn't been working for the past 3 years, so I'm not sure. It definitely wasn't oil dripping, but any insight into this would be helpful.

Congrats on the new car. Hopefully, you will enjoy your TL as much as I have mine over the last month.
The liquid under your car was almost positively condensation from the AC. If it's clear (like water), then that's what it is.
Enjoy!

Thanks guys for the quick replies. This forum is the best.
tsx-ness11: I paid a bit more to get the color I want, $32,175 + TTL, but considering the dealer is only 15-20 min drive from me, its not too bad. I had better quotes in NJ and could have saved a few hundred dollars, but considering I would probably have to drive back and forth a couple of times to finalize the deal and the fact that most dealers only offer loaners if you buy the car from them, I paid a bit more for the convenience. Also, the car was not sitting on the dealers lot all summer and was fresh off of production also factored into my buying process. It had about 13-14 miles on it when I took delivery of it.

Gonein60, congrats on your new ride. You must be REALLY excited!! Don't worry about the condensation, I am quite sure it is from the AC. Comparing the AC drip between my 06 TL and 03 Max, the former drips a lot more (for no apparent reason).
When I picked up my TL, I noticed some white stuff on my front seats and thought they were small tears in the seats exposing the fibers underneath. They turned out to be glue (probably from the plastic wraps over the seats) that was stuck, which was easily removed.
