I like my Nokya Yellows.
But you mentioned a ballast---are they HID? Your link goes to a halogen.

go to ddmtuning.com and purchase a set from them...ive had no problems with mine....ebay hids are known to flicker cause they are so cheap even with a relay harness....remember you get what you pay for

I had Hoen Endurance fogs, about $45 for a pair of brilliant yellow bulbs. These bulbs are more yellow than the 3000K hid kit I bought for my wife's TSX. If you are going for just color then buy the bulbs, but if you are going for more light then I was upgrade to hids. I replaced my hoen fogs for hids and will probably have these in the bm soon....

nothing fancy?! holy shiet thats nice!

and bulb size... I dnt kno if u have accord sedan fogs or the stock TL one? So I dont kno wat size u need.. but all u need is the $25 35w 3000k kit from ddm.. its not rly yellow (more like a brighter stock).. so I'd also get the yellow flm to add onto the foglamp for a nicee yellow

I got Nokya Yellows off eBay for about $20. They are fantastic. Easy to install, just take out the old bulbs and plug in the new ones, 15 minutes.

^u dnt need a ballast for bulbs.. its a direct swap.

If u were to get HIDS then u need a ballast.. and they usually sell it in the kit ($25)

DDM are ok for the price but its a cheap product terrible customer service and limited shipping options. Plus DDM bulbs run super hot and can melt after market housings and shrouds. Also DDM 3k bulbs are not that yellow , if you go with HID 3k bulbs from TRS are awesome! Never used Nokia yellows

I am currently using Lamin-X yellow film on the lens and the Nokya 2500k halogen bulbs. Super yellow and looks great. Cost me less than $50 for the entire setup and looks killer.

The lower fogs use H8.

I have McCulloch 6000K HIDs down there and just ordered McCulloch 3000K to better match my theme.

I highly disagree and I've used DDMTuning HID's on about 3 different cars, all of still have them installed and they don't run any hotter than other HID kits I've seen. Never dealt with there customer service though.

Back to the topic....you can call DDM, tell them the look you want and the car you have and they'll get you everything you need. I used a Relay kit on my TL for assurance. If you want a hand installing them, gimme a shout...very local.
