It's Official

I got my type-s last night. Could not find a kbp 6spd so I went nbp. I'm getting lots of compliments already. The 6spd models are disappearing fast, so I'm glad I got one.

All the kbp owners can laugh it up. I guess it wasn't meant to be. I wasn't willing to settle for the a/t.

YAY for NBP...

funny story: I drove down to connecticut this past wednesday... on the i95 on the way there still in NYC... I saw 2 tls... 1 was an azine member nbp... the other was a random person... anthracite color...

once I got to CT... I didn't see not 1 single TL... :-/ maybe it was the rain

Yesterday morning as I drove to my school I saw 2 of th sandy gold color (not sure of color)... 4 nbp... 2 anthracite and 1 ugly ass wdp (joking lmfao)

black is 1 hot color... can't be denied

That's first time I've heard anything about tranny issues with the 6spd. What's wrong with them?

they call it the "3rd gear issue"... fix gm tranny fluid *might void the tranny warranty

occurence: shift to first normal... shift to second normal... shift to 3rd normal then clunk it pops out of gear

^ i had the issue in my 06 Si...wasnt bad...swapped the tranny fluid to Amsoil Syncromesh and threw on the Comptech SS and it went away...but still don't want to have to deal with that on a 40k car. plus i really just enjoy the paddle shifters!
