Thanks Guys. I got a lot of good info here on Acurazine that helped me get a good deal and know the car better than the sales people (like thats hard)
I still haven't driven it around, since the night we brought it home. It's been rainy and some of the streets are flooded. It's not that it won't be driven in the rain but I'm not going to completley get the car filthy the first day or two I have it........what, it's our new baby?!!! We got our 05' 4WD 2500 for times like these.
As far as mods I have planned for the future (not in this order) Tint, wheels & tires, black out the headlights, smoke the rears, and maybe TEIN SS (Will the drop void the Warranty?)

your wife is cheesin harder than I was when I got mine. 10 miles on my baby. *sigh* it feels like it was just yesterday.. okay it was 2 months ago. HAHHAHAHAHa
I totally you feel you about not wanting to drive it around. It was misty and foggy the day I drove my car back to the dealership to have Resistall applied. I was like OH MAN THIS BLOWS!
but yeah. HAVE FUN!! I love my 08 type S, i know you will too.

. She drives it to work (20 miles round trip), but when we're both off on the weekend, I'll be the pilot she'll be the co-pilot

That's funny about the NBP lol. I almost got the ASM. But this dealership had the better deal than the original dealership I was going to go with and didn't have any ASM in stock (the first color choice we thought about getting). I always thought black cars looked the best (when they're clean 
) since I was a kid. I guess its because everything blends in with the paint (tires, tint, trim around the windows etc...). I was down for a NBP also. So they had 4 NBP Type S's on the lot and they brought them out for me to look at (i wanted to inspect each one and drive each one so I could choose the best one out of the 3). So I drove each one aroud and had the sales man take me to a really bumpy street so I could hear any "weird" noises coming from the car. One had a Imperfection in the paint, one sounded like there was maybe a small rattle of some sort, and the third was flawless, and thats how I landed mine. Enjoy yours.
