Interior Panel Removal

Anyone know how to remove the interior gray panel that sits next to the driver's right knee? I need to run a wire behind it and can't find any screws. Any help is appreciated (SEE PIC). THANKS!

not a hard job.. pull the panel under the steering column.. this will expose the screws on the left side of your target panel.. remove the aluminum trim.. open the glove box and you can get a good grip from there.. there are 2 screws on the bottom of the glove box. under the rubber piece.. pull those.. you only need to pull up the console a bit in order to get your target panel out.. under the aluminum trim there are a few screws to remove.. shouldn't take long..

Is it feasable to simply tuck the wire behind that piece? I did the same on my previous 2 cars and never had a problem.
