Intakes only for AT??

Intakes only for AT??
The only ca intakes i have been finding by injen and aem say that they are for AT only... does it matter if it says at, or mt?? can i order one for mt? where are more places/companys that have them??
also, if anyone has any feedback, suggestions, experience with any of the cai systems, lemme know, im lookin to get one soon, and i need all the info i can get.
