The domed ones would probably be a lot easier to apply. I just installed the 'magicparachute' ebay ones, and they look good but it is a bit of a pain to get them lined up right. Assuming the domed ones are sturdier, they would probably be easier to install. And yes, I know, I need the bumper plugs....

stvtec I like the CF hood and the grill and the inserts. I think it all flows well together.

If you could contact them you should see if they will start making them if we get a group buy going. I know I will be interested in getting the dome ones

Thanks myron, I'm really liking the way the car is coming together. I'm absolutely dying to throw on the Eibach Pro Kit 1" drop springs and the A-Spec black chrome wheels. The wheels have to wait until the threat of more snow is gone. I might do the Eibach's up front tomorrow since I took the day off. I'm wondering how it will look and handle with just the 1" drop up front. I think the rear of the car already looks a bit low. I know the suspension shouldn't be worn out with only 25k on the car, so I don't know what that's all about. Could it be the dead hookers I'm usually toting around in the trunk?

only 1"? Should go for about 1.5" all around.

do you have subs or something in the trunk, besides a dead hooker? lol

lol No nothing heavy in the trunk, it may just be my imagination, I park on the driveway and it is inclined. The Eibach pro-kit is a 1" drop, I don't know if there are any other spring options that are more of a drop, but I got the whole set for $100 locally so I wasn't going to pass that up. I'm not trying to "slam" the car either.

I wonder if front bumper doesn't have acura logo sign...
Maybe it is aftermarket?

a-spec will fit on that??

Would it be worth to replace to oem bumper?

What do you mean? I may be wrong but I could swear all the bumpers have it even if you have an a-spec. Your vehicle doesn't have the outline of ACURA between the license plate holes? (as you can see from the above photos)...unless I am completely mis-reading your question

Thats what i did today. Vinyl carbon fiber. Had a friend cut it out on a vinyl machine. I put it on myself. Not that hard of a install.

Ok, I understand now. Yeah the decals are aftermarket. The stock bumper just comes with an indent of ACURA on it.

I think some aftermarket bumpers don't have ACURA indents. I think that's what he is talking about. I think someone already mentioned this before

Yep, many aftermarket bumpers that body shops use lack the ACURA indentation on the bumper cover.

Thanks. Sorry didn't notice "this place" was an actual link..

Looked at the site and was wondering if your decal material is 'real carbon fiber' or 'real carbon fiber - silver wire'?

Did anyone find out yet from AutoAll if they make domed ones?

I'm definitely interested if they are domed, despite the steep price and nearly $15 shipping to NY.

Anyone have any experience with them firsthand?

No solid update yet. The new vendor has my extra set of domed decals in his possession, but he is gearing up for the show season at the same time. I expect to hear something soon. If I don't hear from him this weekend, I will ping him for more info.

I emailed the vendor early this week.
He apologized and explained he has been busy with 3 separate conventions in the last several weeks.
He has gotten the measurements and is preparing to make an initial run of the domed decals. He says he will get back to me in a few more days and that we are on the top of his list.
I will update when I know something.

FWIW, I placed a order with Auto All about 2 weeks ago. I didn't receive a confirmation email from Auto All after placing the order but got one from PayPal for payment. I decided to give them two weeks to respond. Well, it's been two weeks and I got an email about Auto All from PayPal. It was a refund. I'm not sure why I got the refund. Either Auto All doesn't make these anymore or PayPal doesn't honor Auto All orders.

In any case, I'm back in the market to get these done...

You get it from the dealer.

or www.oemacuraparts.com or www.acuraoemparts.com or really anywhere there's an OEM part. Only the aftermarket parts don't have the indentation.
