Impressed with Acura Corporate re: Seat Mem
I received a phone call from Acura corporate yesterday making sure that I was made aware of the seat memory fix and that my dealer had contacted me to set up an appointment. I guess they knew I was expecting the fix from the customer survey or the dealers' warranty logs. I told him that I had an appointment and he said that he would call back a few days after that to make sure that I was satisfied.
When he calls back I am sure that I will take the time to mention the tire debacle.

Don't get your hopes up yet, I got the same call only to find out that the part is on national backorder until sometime next week. When that happens, they will only receive 317 part, as of Friday morning, 97 were already spoken for.

You dealer has to call in for the part, ACS doesn't reserve parts for people that called and complained.
