I'M So Proud of the TL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol... just joking about the title. Thought I'd be like that one 17 year old.
Anyways.. in all seriousness. My 2oo4 SSM TL "Dynamic" officially hit the big one-zero-zero,zero-zero-zero. Yepp. One-hundred-thousand-kilometers [100,000KMs]. I bought the car when it had 96,48xKms... so I drove for a little less than 4,000KMS.
So in celebration of today---I recorded the meter when it changed to 100,000KMs [as well as a picture] and took two hours to 'bathe' "her".
The TL has a lot of paint chips.. and the rear bumper is still broken, but I plan to take her for a crap-tastic photo-shoot [since I just got a tripod--and trying to get better with this damned Canon XT]. I'm also still in the process of replacing that rear bumper.
I must say, even though I did not drive her the full 100,000KMs.. she still performs very flawlessly. The only downside is that most of the bolts and clips are OLD and are a hassle to take off. I stripped a few screws/bolts and broken some clips while trying to install the CAI and P2R TBS/G in March.
She's aging... but she still looks fine and drives perfectly. It's always a blast going for a drive in the TL. I love it.. my family loves it.. and all my friends love it.
The only thing I don't like about the TL is that.. sometimes when I move the seat back and hit the [1] or [2] button... the seat doesn't move back to the memory setting. Another thing I don't like is that.... my SSM doesn't shine so brilliantly as those pesky-NBPs!

LOL to the title - I thought admin's lock had been cracked!
I agree, 04 @ 62k miles is good time to upgrade. I say, the 08s in a couple of months will perhaps be the best car deal in history.

lol. Nah I just got the car in January... I can't upgrade the TL yet. As much as I love the NBP shine, despite JJaber06's picture [lol by the way], I like WDP--and might eventually repaint the car.
