Based on what we have seen and heard about the '07 Type S v. the '06. Which would you all do?

Buy an '06 and have the A-Spec kit installed along with a reverse camera?

Wait until Nov. and get an '07 TLS?

Added horsepower is not too much of an issue for me as I will be adding a S/C mod anyways.

The one thing that has me going back and forth at this point is the real-time traffic option that is available on the '07.


I can pick up an '06 for 31,800, add the A-Spec kit and be done with it.

What do you all think?

If the real time traffic is XM based then I believe it is only available in select markets.

If you're going to add a supercharger if you get a 06, might as well just wait for the TypeS.

 

Right on, why would you want to pay for the A-Spec when it's dealer-installed, as opposed to the factory-made TL-S? You'd be better off waiting a couple more months for a TL-S, imo.

 

But the type-s is going to be $39K so just work the numbers. I think wait for the type-s since everything you want will be factory installed.....just my opinion
