Just need to get under the drivers dash, find the clutch and the rod that leads to the CMC I believe, Get a can of lithium grease and spray it on the rod, slightly press the clutch in and the rod hole will have some more space to spray it in. No need to take out any panels or screws or anything. It was driving my nuts for 1 day and I'm glad it was so simple.

Cool
My clutch pedal used to squeak then make a popping sound when it was all the way down. Then after a while I noticed that my second gear never stayed in gear. I would place it in second, hit the gas and then the clutch pops out of gear right away most of the time. The second time I tried, it usually stayed. I brought it to the dealership and they rebuilt second gear for free. I was hoping that the popping feeling in the pedal would go away with the squeak but it didnt.
So I just learned to live with it.

Don't just live with the clutch "popping" feel when you push the clutch down. That means that you need a new clutch master cylinder. I had this problem and took it in to the dealer. They put a new CMC in and I haven't had that problem for almost a year now. Get it fixed especially if you have the extended warranty which covers it!
