Idler pully and Tensioner replacement

Hi guys,

I've searched and searched and cannot seem to find a DIY for replacing the idler pulley along with the tensioner.
If anyone can provide me with the DIY along with the part numbers that would be great!
Also does both pulley come assembled together already? This is my first time changing this out.

Thanks guys!

probably because it's so easy to change out. LOL

a better place to find DIY is Youtube.com
and ALL Honda V6 are the same...so, you could watch some one replace the ilder pulley on a Honda odyssey if you wanted too and it will be the same
