Where is the IAC valve located.

 

As intake air control? Doesn't have one. Pretty much only cars with mechanical throttle body (meaning cable running directly from gas pedal to the throttle body) have them. Since TL has electronic throttle body, computer can just use that to regulate air during the idle and there's no need for additional valve.
