I wish it had it!

I wish the Nav would have visualizations when you're playing music like winamp and windows media player, THAT WOULD OF BEEN AWESOME!

are there any cars that have it?

oh and also the TL cant show you the track name, only the track number right?

You are supposed to watch the road. In most places it is illegal to have video in the line of sight of the driver.
