I must have screwed up and done something right, my 25 year old son just bought a mint condition 2005 BMW M3 ZCP; the car is bone stock and that's the way he'd determined to keep it.

Don't fuck with it. You will end up needing some one off part to finish it and everything will end up in the junkyard after your buddy gets tired of looking at it.

Work 2-3 jobs, buy what you want. TL's are pretty cheap.
