It will not tint when the button is turned on. It worked fine for awhile but now @ 2000 miles it doesn't work. Is there a way to reset it or just take it in to get it replaced? Anyone else run into this problem...

Sad to say, I replaced alot of those mirrors when I worked for an Acura dealer. Fairly common, and shouldn't be much of a problem to get it replaced under warranty.

Does the green light turn on when the button is pressed? I remember two people were complaining about that, then realized the button wasn't lit, then realized the memory mode on the door wasn't working and that button wasn't lit. Come to find out they blew a fuse by trying to turn on the windshield wipers while they were frozen, and that fuse protects the mirror and the memory mode.

I had the same suspicion. I thought I should see an immediate change when hitting the button. But after a lot of dangerous experimenting at night I concluded the mirror was working. It seems to take 3 to 5 seconds for the mirror to adjust itself to the current ambient light.

I think the design makes the mirror respond very slowly so a bright flash of headlight isn't confused with actual daylight.

The green light is definitely on. I have tried numerous things and it won't respond. How does the mirror tint in the first place?

It doesn't tilt. It is an electrochromic reaction to the bright light. It just gets darker/greener. If the lights are blinding you, it's prolly not working. If they aren't, it prolly is.
