It was in queens right before you enter the BQE. Damn I forgot the Avenue. You were driving a AM TL with the A-spec kit, and A-Spec Wheels, and some upgraded brakes!...The tints were dark and you had a chick in the car with you. Also your sticker said Tri State VIP

I was in a CGP RL pulling out of a gas station and turned right behind you!!
