I'm loving the vinyl look, I might have to look into this. Thoughts for colors on anthracite metallic?

I wanted to do vinyl but I didnt think I could do it without bubbles, so I painted it and its holding up pretty well.

i had no issue with the vinyl. First time and still after 5 months in perfect condition. no bubbles

easy. heat gun is all you need and it becomes like plastic wrap

dont know about easy... i tried it with this new vinyl that does get air bubbles and some other stuff tried it and couldnt get around the big hump in the middle no matter what i did so i got pissed and ripped it off and said f it ill plasti dip it or forget it.

Mine's not black. Just the opposite, actually. But anywho, it was painted white. Looks great and has been resilient to any rock chips, etc.

yea i wouldnt say wrapping the grille was easy...its just time consuming...take your time and plan it out...in the end it is def worth it...oh and that white grille does look good...im diggin it

So I'm just going to be doing the faded black portion not any of the chrome. All you have to do is prep it like cleaning with alchohol and then applying with a heat gun?
