Ok Guys Give me 5 minutes Pics will be up. You will see to versions of the Stainless Steel Plates. Graphics and light Strips are not done yet. These were to test fit. Let me know which one you like A or B, A is Just Plain Stainless and Polished Steel. B has some etching on it to give a more sport custom look. Let me know Pics to follow.

Personally, I like the ones with the grooves/design....however, my concern is that if dust/mud/water gets in that area, would that make the plate look "ugly"???
is it possible to take closer pictures of the grooves/design so we could see whether it would be a problem for something to get stuck/build up in there??
from the last picture, it seems as if the grooves are cut and there is something behind it (some type of plastic or something), is that true?
also, i know that the name on the plate is going to be BLUE, but is it possible to cut those grooves and install RED lights behind them, so that way there could be some contrast??? (i know that's probably asking WAY TOO MUCH, but just curious - i wouldn't mind paying a little extra for that )
the plates look really good though...i'm definitely going to purchase them but i would really like some more details of the grooved plates....thanks!!!!

No Plastic at all Jinen, The ones with the groves are all Stainless Steel, The grooves are made with indentation by a press and the inside of the grooves are polished so it stands out. There is no were for any water or anyting to go its all metal and can de cleaned with any all purpose or metal cleaner. When the lighted graphic goes in it will be completly sealed. I will try to take so more detailed pictures later.

Guys I can request to get closer to OEM but its very difficult and will take more time. "Time = More money to produce" I will take all opions and we will decide if we have to redo them we will. I will take pics for you tomorrow on the car so you can get a better idea on how the look exactly.
Keep the opions rolling Thanks!

cTLgo, would it be possible for you to draw your ideas in paintbrush/photoshop and share with us the plates that you recommend?
Do you mean to keep the OEM plates, but the only change should be with the lettering ACURA on the OEM plates and that there should be BLUE lights behind it? Is that what you envision??
I, too, agree with you, that if it takes a little longer to get the plates out with better quality (OEM look), then that definitely is a better idea!!!

basically the SAME as the OEM plate... but the ACURA is cut out and lights up, thats all I ask
the dots lighting up is optional

heck if there was a way for me to take off my OEM plates and just cut out the ACURA in a clean way (i.e. not dremeling it out) and putting EL tape under it, I would!

They looked really nice and was easy to install and looked much better than the OEM's. I am not sure whether you could use the design on this, but just my

those are pretty sweet, I wish just the letters were cut out, instead of an entire rectangular section
