I got this in the mail today. My car does have the problems listed. What I don't understand is why they have to repair the Nav monitor. I realy don't like the idea of a service tech in my car for half of a day. I have the nav/dvd/fm mod in my car. I hope they don't find it.

 

Me too that's why I'm not taking mine in until a problem arises.
