Acura put together their estimate this morning. The damages include everything listed above plus both frame rails damaged (pass side replaced, and driver side repaired). The car should be a total loss according to the Service Advisor. The total damages come to 13,460.23. At this point they stopped because they believe the car is unrepairable. I spoke and they're still stone-walling. I'll see what they say tomorrow morning when they evaluate the car. If I don't like what I hear I'm going right back to the attorney.
I'll keep updating this tread as a get more info.
Thanks for all the info and kind words. I really want to thank Emersont503 as he's helped me out in not getting cheated, and for taking the time to chat on the phone. He told me do's and donts when you're stuck in a mess like this.
This forum rocks.

First, that is not a total. I have been in a worse wreck with my TL where a vehicle was driving down the center turn lane at about 40-50 mph (Chevy Tahoe).
Second, you do not have the option of choosing whether or not replacement parts are OEM or OES; it is written into your declarations as to what you receive given the price you pay for insurance.
11 hours time is based off a standard in which the body shop has to use, and what the insurance adjustor uses. Hours are broken out into repair and prep for paint/paint.
Each part that is damaged has a given time to repair, replace; so that it is standardized across the board.
Car can be repaired to better than new, if you choose the right body shop.
