Drove my Ivory Pearl G35 Coupe onto the lot this weekend and 5 hrs later had my TL..and you know? I'm happy. I couldn't take the rough ride, huge EXPENSIVE and constantly rupturing 18" tires, and cheesy interior.. I'm happy to be back in the ACURA family-- honest, the Infiniti was BEAUTIFUL but I wanted a lil more luxury in my sport, and WANTED FWD... snow!

 

What did you get?

its a 2004 TL Abyss/Camel non-nav Auto-- and im in LOVE!

You'll be happy with your TL. Your vin should be late enough that most of the stuff you hear about on these forums shouldn't apply to you.

Mine's about 37XXX and I reall have no problems at all.

im coming BACK to Acura - I had a 97 CL , and Honda's before that.. I'm sure if ANYTHING comes up it wont be a big deal.. thanks for the welcome!

I think I just didn't "get" the nature of the G.. i had the coupe. HUGE wheels which made for a rough ride, just not the level of 'finish' I would want or hope in a car that expensive..

 

Congrats! Was the G35 new? 2004?
I was contemplating the G35 but final decision was with TL which I'm happy about.

 

it was a 2003, every option except navigation.. unlike Acura's YOU CAN get stripped down Infiniti's.. even cloth interiors.. but this had it all. 30,000 miles too.. i drive a LOT. It was 15 months old.
