yeah my seat belt is stuck at the precollision position now. i guss that's suppose to happen after air bag deployment
I was on the phone with 911 operator and the first thing they told me is to get out of the f##@ing street. 2 minutes later the city sent in an ambulance to tell me to get out of the f#$%ing street. 1 hour later an officer showed up did sh!t for me. I wasted copious amount of siliva that day with Dallas PD with negative result ... lesson learned is that unless you kill someone or someone killed you Dallas PD is not gonna give a sh!t

i called the shop already and told them that every parts shoudle be oem acura part no cutting corner. the shop agrees and since i think they want to earn the most money out of this repair why would they hold back on charging geico for it ?

i just wanna add that i hate geico also, as others have said. they dropped me like some lowering springs just for hitting one tree in a ford focus. granted i hit a TREE. yeah i guess i cant really blame them....nevermind. haha

Geico treated me well with 3 weeks of rental and daily adjuster update. the total cost is at $5000 (all cosmetic)
I'm keeping the car so I don't care if it's worth half or not.
will pick up the car in few hours and will post pic

there is a ton of damage underneath that, plus theres quite a bit thats visible. The frame is slightly bent, you can see how the hood pushed over and the fender pushed into the door, so it needs to be straightened $$$$. Then there is a new fender, hood, grille pieces, fog, lower grilles, bumper, headlight, airbag, seatbelt charges. Parts total would be easily around 5K

got the car back 1 hour ago and pic will be up in the morning
so far i can't tell it apart from before. all lines are flush fit, zero rattles, aside from few finger prints here and there i have no complaint. they did a great job
fully inspection/detailing begins in the morning with HID fog mod

wow that totally sucks its practically new. Better hope they say its totalled and you can get a brand new TL rather then driving a salvage title one. Onces a car been in an accident it never drives the same again...

wow. i hate stupid people. this happens at the light right across from the shop i work at and i always have to be really careful. bunch of idiots. the light will be red for like 5 seconds and some jackass will still fly through it. me and my boss have both almost been hit 3 times.
