HVAC light bulbs

A bunch of the ac button backlight went out. I want to go ahead and replace all of them. I called up the dealership and the guy at the parts department says theres 12 light bulbs total for the buttons going around the navi screen. The guy didn't seem too sure though and there's definitely more than 12 buttons. He also says theres about 4 different type of bulbs. I went ahead and ordered the 12 bulbs but just wanted to check with you guys in case any of you have done this.

How did you manage to burn your bulbs by messing with your nav unit? I ask so I don't do the same thing as I am a tinkerer.

no soldering required. by the way you guys can get replacement bulbs from radioshack for $1.99 for a pack of 2. compare that with the $5+ per bulb from the dealer. its very easy to replace the bulb once you get to it
