its CPO bumper to bumper for 12month/12K miles.

After the 1 year I planned to buy from warrantydirect and extend it to 100K
its not a navi unit.

Not too bad of a price try to get them down a little more. I paid 25k almost a year ago for a CPO 2004 6 spd w/nav with 19k miles. Unless you buy a warrenty from acura the aftermarket ones suck. Our shop will not deal with them and require the customer to pay standard price up front and have the warr company reimburse them which they never pay full amount. And nationwide warr comp has to be one of the worst i have dealt with and alot of dealers offer it.

I searched for a good used CPO 04 or 05 for months and finally bought a new 06 because I couldn't make sense of prices of the used ones. The best price I had on an 04 with 39k miles CPO was $25500 - and that was the best by at least $1000. Sounds like a very good price but for what it's worth, you can get a brand new 06 under invoice cost right now because there's a $1000 mfg to dealer incentive on right now.

Good deal. Check the VIN. If the last six numbers are below about 14k, make sure it has gone through the 2nd gear oil jet recall so there are no nasty transmission surprises. I am now at nearly 56k miles on my TL and have no tranny trouble with my very early TL.
If your VIN is above 14k, then don't worry about it.

Yeah, its actually pretty funny, i just got my 04 TL 6MT Navi Abyss blue with Camel int, and it had 51k on it and i paid 22250 but i had to have a small dent repaired which cost $400 (right on a door seam). My car seemed to be maintained well and i did a carfax on it, and the lady drove it 60 miles each way to work and back, so the interior is nearly perfect, and runs/drives absolutely like new. Plus i only have (actually, had) one very subtle rattle and thats it, the car is wonderful. The reason i went with the used 04 with 50k on it was because for as good a shape is this car is in, the miles dont bother me at all (have had numerous honda/acuras with well over 200K) and i know ill probably put 40k miles on the car per year at least, so i couldnt bring myself to pay all that money for a new TL and rack up all the miles on a brand new car. So if youre looking to save a little money on a well cared for used TL i wouldnt let miles scare you nessescerily, but def do your homework on the cars maintenance and look it over closely before making an offer. If the current owner is a slob then forget about it, look for somthing well cared for.

try to get it for 22k out the door with new floormats. If that dosent work, just go to 22.5k. got to a max of 23.5k while negoiating. I bought my TL in 05 for 31k OTD with 14000 miles on it. BTW, it was a 2004 w/navi.
