Those things are fast. Definitely too much for a TL-p unless it has all of the bolt-ons probably. As for a Type-S, with a few mods I'm sure it would give it a good run.

Don't race a Speed6 from a dig. With AWD they tear out of the hole. Those cars are capable of running high 13's with a excellent launch. From a roll they aren't as fast. A TL 6mt or TL-S 6MT would probobly beat a speed6 from a roll.
This speed6 ran 13.9 with I/E but only traps at 97.xx. Wait till you guys see how hard this guy takes off out of the hole!

I have ran a Mazda 6 with my TL 6MT in the past but it wasn't really a race as I was following behind him and he had a head start (the car in front you starts first) from a dig. He was clearly faster, but I caught up right on his rear (caught up so close and I was looking for a space to pass him) at around 80+ mph. But there was no room for us to go any faster as there were traffic ahead. I agree the TL 6MT has the edge from a roll. From a start, no way....
Hell... the Mazda 6 can even take out the Lexus GS350 AWD. Those dumb motherfu.ckers at Lexus forum think their GS350 is a super car...... they think it's so fast it can take out the BMW 335i and Corvette. Dumb asses.....

Honestly, the Mazdaspeed6 is not particularly super in stock trim when it comes to performance but add a few boltons and

ive raced one three times and the out come was the same each time. both cars stock. first two times i beat the MS6 by 3-4 cars by 100. third time i gave him 1 car length and beat him by about 1 1/2-2 cars. all runs are from a dig the MS6 driver wasnt the best driver but certainly not one that couldnt launch/shift correctly.

I got to take a mazda 3 from a 60mph roll today..I pulled on him pretty hard and shut it down at around 120... the second time he got the early jump and I tailed him at half throttle, then went around and pulled easily. Those cars aren't slow...

Mazdaspeed3? I hear those put somewhere around 210-230 whp stock. Lighter car too. Nice job. There's a vid on youtube of one basicly stock keeping up with a stock STI on the freeway. Oh there was a 350z with them too but it was too slow.
