How do I turn off the automatic tilt on my side view mirror when reversing? I think the glass is frozen so when I was putting it in reverse it was making a weird clicking sound cuz its so cold out! Does anyone know how to turn this off. It only works on the right side but I heard there was a way to change that, does anyone know how to turn it off?

 

to the left of your steering wheel, you can adjust the mirror tilt position from LEFT to RIGHT or keep it in the middle ane neither mirror will move.

 

Yup. Leave the mirror switch selector centered and it basically turns that feature off.

The day I brought my car home I was adjusting my mirrors and left it in the right mirror position. Next day get in and put in reverse and noticed my mirror was pointing down so I put it in park and was about to adjust it but it was back to normal haha. im new to this technology stuff and was pretty excited that i learned this new feature. Pissed me off at first. thought someone broke my mirror.

 

I liked that feature on my Trailblazer SS, on the TL it always points the mirror inward when it goes back up. Eff that.
